摘要
在研究了摩根轧机热连轧工艺对乳化液技术要求的基础上,分析了轧机乳化液系统污染机理及其危害,提出了乳化液系统设计改进及其运行优化措施,明显改善了乳化液系统的过滤效果,轧辊无粘铜,乳化液寿命长,为轧制高品质铜杆提供了强有力保障。
Morgan mill strip technique is studied in this paper for emulsion technology requirements,on the basis of analysis of the rolling emulsion and the mechanism of the system pollution,improving the design of emulsion system is put forward and its operation optimization measures to improve the filtering effect of emulsion system,roll non sticky copper,emulsion long life,for the high quality of rolling copper rod provides a strong protection.
