摘要
以2007-2019年我国269个地级及以上城市为研究对象,运用DEA-Malmquist模型测度了我国城市绿色发展,同时构建空间杜宾模型研究税收竞争、产业集聚对城市绿色发展影响。结果表明:(1)在经济距离权重和反地理距离权重矩阵下,我国城市绿色发展呈现正向溢出效应。(2)税收竞争对城市绿色发展具有抑制作用;专业化产业集聚促进城市绿色发展,多样化产业集聚通过与税收竞争的交互项对城市绿色发展产生影响,不利于城市绿色发展。(3)东部地区的税收竞争促进城市绿色发展,但中部和西部地区的税收竞争却对绿色发展表现出抑制作用;专业化产业集聚不利于东部地区城市绿色发展,但对中部和西部地区却具有显著促进作用,多样化产业集聚对东部和西部地区的城市绿色发展具有显著促进作用,对中部地区的促进作用不显著。
Based on 269 cities at the prefecture-level and above in China from 2007 to 2019,we adopt a DEA-Malmquist model to measure the urban green development in China.The spatial Dubin model is constructed to study the impact of tax competition and industrial agglomeration on the urban green development.The results show that the green development of Chinese cities shows positive spillover effect using the economic distance weight and inverse geographical distance weight matrix.Tax competition has an inhibitory effect on urban green development.Specialized industrial agglomeration promotes urban green development and diversified industrial agglomeration affects urban green development through the interaction term of tax competition,which is not conducive to urban green development.Tax competition in the eastern region promotes green urban development while tax competition in the central and western regions inhibits green urban development.Specialized industrial agglomeration is not conducive to urban green development in the eastern region and has a significant role in promoting urban green development in the central and western regions.Diversified industrial agglomeration has a significant role in promoting urban green development in the eastern and western regions but has no significant role in promoting urban green development in the central region.
