摘要
本文利用现行有效的国家标准与行业标准对梳规的校准方法进行探讨,并通过GUM法对其测得值的不确定度进行评定和浅析,以期提高湿膜梳尺寸测量准确度。
In this paper, the calibration method of the wet film comb is discussed by using the existing standards, and the uncertainty of calibration results is discussed by using the GUM method, so as to improve the measuring quality.
