不同工艺再生胶在工程轮胎中的应用初探

摘要 对3种不同工艺再生胶(动态罐精炼再生、单螺杆再生、微氧高效再生)的化学组成进行分析,并将其与典型工程轮胎胎面胶NR/SBR共混,研究了不同硫化条件下再生胶对工程轮胎硫化特性、力学性能和耐屈挠疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,与传统动态罐精炼再生胶相比,螺杆挤出工艺制备的低门尼再生胶的硫化效率提高,二次交联后产品的交联密度增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率明显改善;微氧高效再生胶应用于混炼胶中可促进硫化进程,但在未经精炼与过滤的低门尼再生胶和微氧高效再生胶中,粗颗粒的存在作为应力集中点,降低了胶料的耐屈挠疲劳性能。 The chemical composition of reclaimed rubber with three different processes(dynamic desulfurization,single screw extrusion,and micro-oxygen)was analyzed and it was blended with typical OTR tires tread NR/SBR compound.The effects of reclaimed rubber on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,and flexural fatigue resistance of OTR tires under different vulcanization conditions were studied.The results showed that compared with the traditional reclaimed rubber,the curing efficiency of low Mooney reclaimed rubber prepared by the screw extrusion process was improved.The crosslink density,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the products increased after secondary crosslinking.The application of micro-oxygen reclaimed rubber in compound could accelerate the vulcanization process.However,in the low Mooney and micro-oxygen reclaimed rubber which had not been refined or filtered,the existence of coarse particles as the stress concentration points reduced the flexural fatigue resistance of vulcanizates.
