摘要
RCEP其他成员国是宁波纺织服装国际贸易的重要伙伴,RCEP生效为产业带来新机遇,有助于区域内协定商品类目关税递减,可优化产业链、供应链合作,有利于提升国际市场份额,有助于纺织服装企业优化资源配置,同时也面临着出口竞争压力更大等挑战。宁波纺织服装企业应抢抓机遇,规避风险,充分理解和运用关税减让表,积极调整区域产业链和供应链布局,加强产业转移和升级,优化人力资源管理机制,充分利用RCEP全面拓展和深化产业发展。
Other RCEP’S participants are important partners of Ningbo's textile and garment international trade.The entry into force of RCEP will bring new opportunities to the industry,help reduce tariffs on agreed commodities within the region,optimize the cooperation of industrial chain and supply chain,increase the international market share,help the enterprises optimize the resource allocation.At the same time,they also face challenges such as greater export competition pressure.Ningbo textile and garment enterprises should take opportunities,avoid risks,fully understand and use tariff concessions,actively adjust the layout of regional industrial chain and supply chain,strengthen industrial transfer and upgrading,optimize human resource management mechanism,and make full use of RCEP to comprehensively expand and deepen industrial development.
