摘要
基于ABAQUS商业有限元软件,采用三维接触有限元方法,建立考虑轴及轴承刚度的一对斜齿轮副-轴-轴承系统动态啮合有限元模型。分析齿轮副在仅释放从动轮旋转自由度、释放从动轮所有自由度、在从动轮中心施加轴向静推力3种工况下的啮合动态响应。对响应中的角速度、角加速度、法向动态接触力开展频域特征分析,相较于现有研究获得详细的频谱特性、幅值特性。研究结果表明,考虑轴与轴承刚度后,齿轮副的振动响应加剧;响应的频域中呈现以啮合频率为载波频率、以从动轮转频及其倍频为调制频率的调制现象。
Based on ABAQUS commercial finite element software and using 3D contact finite element method,the dynamic meshing finite element model of a pair of helical gear pair-shaft-bearing coupled system is established with the stiffness of the shaft and bearing considered.The dynamic response of the meshing of the gear pair was analyzed under three operating conditions,such as releasing the rotational degrees of freedom of the driven wheel only,releasing all the degrees of freedom of the driven wheel,and applying axial static thrust to the center of the driven wheel.The angular velocity,angular acceleration,and normal dynamic contact force in the response are analyzed in the frequency domain,and detailed spectral and amplitude characteristics are obtained and compared with the existing studies.The results show that the vibration response of the gear pair increases after considering the stiffness of the shaft and bearing,and the frequency domain characteristics of the response show a modulation phenomenon with the meshing frequency as the carrier frequency and the driven wheel rotation frequency and its multiples as the modulation frequency.
