摘要
河北燕山-太行山沿线生态环境良好、自然风光优美、民风淳朴宽厚,但是多属于欠发达地区。近些年来,国家有关政策为该区域旅游事业发展带来了新机遇,但该区域在资源利用和开发建设过程中还面临着不少突出问题,应该借鉴发达省份在乡村振兴战略下农旅融合协同发展的经验,根据区域产业特色,通过强化政府规划、重视环境保护,健全融合发展机制、保护农民利益,完善基础设施建设、提升品牌知名度,以文化为引领、打造特色文化产业链等路径实现区域旅游文化带建设与乡村振兴的融合发展。
The line along the Yanshan-Taihang Mountain retains favorable ecological environment,wonderful natural landscape, pure and honest folk custom, but most regions are underdeveloped areas. The national strategy of Poverty Alleviation Programhas brought new opportunities for its cultural tourism development, but there are some challenges in the process of resource utilization and development. Based on the successful experiences of developed regions and the characteristic industries in this region,the integration of the construction of Hebei Yanshan-Taihang Mountain cultural tourism belt and rural revitalization can be realizedby strengthening government planning,attaching importance to environmental protection,perfectingintegrative development mechanisms to protect farmers' interests, improving the infrastructure construction and enhancing the brand awareness and forming characteristic cultural industry chain.
