摘要
随着当前数字智能技术的快速发展,整合多源数据开展智慧化知识服务是图书馆创新服务模式的重要路径。文章在概述图书馆智慧化知识服务模式的基础上,分析了图书馆多元数据来源与类型,包括科研信息数据、用户行为数据、开放共享数据等,从数据来源、数据分析、用户参与维度探究了多源数据赋能的图书馆智慧知识服务特点,最后从智能平台支持、数据资源整合、多源数据分析、智慧化知识服务四个维度构建了多源数据赋能的图书馆智慧化知识服务模式,旨在推进多源数据赋能下的图书馆智慧化知识服务工作全面发展。
With the rapid development of digital intelligence technology,implementing intelligent knowledge service by integrating multi-source data is an important path for library to innovate the service mode.On the basis of summarizing the intelligent knowledge service mode of libraries,this paper analyzes the sources and types of multivariate data of libraries,including scientific research information data,user behavior data,open data,etc.Then,it investigates the characteristics of library intelligent knowledge service empowered by multi-source data from the dimensions of data source,data analysis,and user participation.Finally,it constructs the library intelligent knowledge service mode empowered by multi-source data from the four dimensions of the support from intelligent platforms,data resource integration,multi-source data analysis,and intelligent knowledge service.This paper aims to promote the all-rounded development of library intelligent knowledge service empowered by multi-source data.
