摘要
目的 分析中药痛风2号方治疗痛风性关节炎(GA)的效果。方法 以我院2021年3月—2022年3月收治的GA患者100例为研究对象,并基于随机数字表法分组,治疗组患者(50例)在对照组患者(50例)常规治疗与饮食治疗基础上采用中药痛风2号方。对比观察两组临床疗效、中医症状评分和痛风相关指标变化差异。结果 两组临床疗效相比,治疗组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%,P <0.05);与治疗前相比,经治疗后患者中医证候积分包括关节肿胀、关节疼痛、关节活动受限、口渴热烦积分均有下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P <0.05);痛风相关指标包括血尿酸(BUA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、血沉(ESR),两组经治疗后,同治疗前相比均有下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 将中药痛风2号方应用于GA疾病治疗中,临床疗效确切,且患者的临床症状和痛风相关实验室指标均有下降,利于促进患者康复,临床可进一步推广运用。
Objective To analyze the effect of gouty arthritis(GA) treated with Tongfeng No.2 prescription combined.Methods GA patients(n = 100) admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were taken as the research objects,and were divided into groups based on the principle of random number table.Patients in the treatment group(n = 50) were treated with gout No.2 formula,a traditional Chinese medicine,on the basis of routine treatment and diet treatment of patients in the control group(n = 50).The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and gout related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P < 0.05);Compared with before treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the patients after treatment,including joint swelling,joint pain,joint movement limitation,thirst and heat annoyance,decreased,but the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);Gout related indexes including blood uric acid(BUA),xanthine oxidase(XOD) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment,but those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine gout No.2 prescription and diet therapy in the treatment of GA disease has a definite clinical effect,and the clinical symptoms and gout related laboratory indicators of patients have decreased,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of patients and can be further popularized in clinic.
