气化渣及其残碳的吸附性能研究

摘要 为了探索完善气化渣及其残碳作为吸附剂对不同行业的吸附质的吸附性能方面的内容,以某煤化工厂的气化粗渣、细渣及其经不同工艺提取的残碳为研究对象,考察对比了其对多种有机染料,如:亚甲基蓝(MB)、甲基橙(MO)、罗丹明b(RhB)、双酚A(BPA),抗生素四环素(TC)以及重金属离子Cr(VI)的吸附性能实验,结果显示:从细渣提取的75~150μm的1号碳(C1-200)对上述几种模拟吸附质具有良好的吸附性能,这源于其高的比表面积和大的孔容结构.C1-200对MB的吸附动力学符合二级动力学模型.该结果为气化渣的资源化利用提供重要的实验参考和理论依据. The gasification coarse slag and fine slag of a coal chemical plant and its residual carbon extracted by different processes were taken as the research objects in order to explore and improve the adsorption performance of gasification slag and its carbon residue as adsorbents for adsorbates in different industries.Their adsorption properties for many organic dyes,such as methylene blue(MB),methyl orange(MO),rhodamine B(RhB),bisphenol A(BPA),antibiotic tetracycline(TC)and heavy metal ion Cr(VI)were compared.The results showed that No.1 carbon(C1-200)of 75-150μm extracted from fine slag exhibited excellent adsorption performance for the above simulated adsorbates due to the structure of high specific surface area and large pore volume.The adsorption kinetics of MB on C1-200 conformed to the second-order kinetic model,providing an important experimental reference and a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of gasification slag.
