摘要 电子天平计量准确性密切决定着各行业能否稳定、有序地运行,在使用电子天平时,诸多人为操作及环境因素都可能影响计量结果。要想为计量结果准确性提供保障,则有必要研究分析对电子天平计量检定结果构成影响的因素,结合适宜的措施加以改进。本文在阐述电子天平计量检定重要性的基础上,剖析影响计量检定的因素与优化措施,并提出保证电子天平计量检定准确性的措施及注意事项,同时提出判定电子天平分级与允差的相关要点,以供参考与借鉴。 The accuracy of electronic balance measurement closely determines whether the industries can operate in a stable and orderly manner, in the use of electronic balance, many human operations and environmental factors may affect the measurement results. To provide protection for the accuracy of measurement results, it is necessary to study and analyze the factors that affect the results of electronic balance measurement verification, combined with appropriate measures to improve. In the paper, on the basis of the importance of electronic balance metrological verification, we analyze the factors affecting metrological verification and optimization measures, and propose measures and precautions to ensure the accuracy of electronic balance metrological verification, and put forward the relevant points to determine the classification and tolerance of electronic balance for reference and reference.
