基于C-NCAP和C-IASI实车侧面碰撞试验的假人损伤对比分析

摘要 侧面碰撞试验的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文从碰撞形式、台车和评价方法等方面分析了C-NCAP(2021版)和C-IASI(2020版)侧面碰撞试验技术规程的主要差异,然后以某一车型的实车碰撞试验对比分析了两种工况下的碰撞波形和假人损伤。两种工况下的碰撞波形一致性较高,但C-IASI工况下主驾假人的头部伤害和躯干肋骨位移峰值更大,后排女性假人的躯干肋骨位移趋势和达到峰值的时刻具有较高的一致性。 The research of side impact test has very important practical significance.This paper analyzes the main diff erences between C-NCAP(2021 version)and C-IASI(2020 version)side impact test technical regulations from the aspects of collision form,trolley and evaluation method,and then compares and analyzes the actual vehicle crash test of a certain model.The collision waveform and dummy damage under two working conditions are analyzed.The collision waveforms in the two working conditions are highly consistent,but the head injury and torso rib displacement peaks of the main driving dummy are larger in the C-IASI condition,and the torso rib displacement trends and peaks of the rear female dummy are larger,and consistent with each other.
