摘要
为践行人民美好出行的宗旨,有效引导节假日公众合理出行,缓解高速公路网拥堵,文章应用交通运行数据,包括流量数据、公路交通阻断数据、服务区运行数据等,通过有效的分析计算,并以2021年五一劳动节为例,从云南省高速公路网出入省、出入昆、高峰日期和时段等空间和时间维度,并结合路段自身特点等,对节假日进行流量和拥堵路段(收费站)等预测,最后通过相关网站、微信公众号等对社会公众进行发布,引导公众合理规划出行路线。
In order to practice the purpose of people’s better travel,effectively guide the public to travel reasonably on holidays,and alleviate highway network congestion,this paper applies traffic operation data,including flow data,highway traffic interruption data,service area operation data,etc.,through effective analysis and calculation,and taking May Day 2021 as an example,from the space and time dimensions of Yunnan’s highway network,such as entering and leaving the province,entering and leaving Kunming,peak dates and time periods,combined with the characteristics of the road sections,the traffic and congested road sections (toll booths) are predicted on holidays,and finally releases them to the public through relevant websites,WeChat official account,etc.to guide the public to reasonably plan travel routes.
