印迹复合壳聚糖膜的制备及其选择性吸附分离铜离子

摘要 提出一种大孔印迹复合壳聚糖(CS)膜吸附材料,采用离子印迹技术和胶体晶体模板对水中铜离子进行吸附。加入聚苯乙烯(PS)微球和铜模板,分别形成三维大孔结构和离子印迹位点。此外,还加入聚苯乙烯和蒙脱土(MMT)对膜材料进行有机和无机的改性,达到其机械性能增强、结构稳定牢固的目的。最后,通过干燥形成薄膜。吸附实验表明,壳聚糖/蒙脱土(CS/MMT)印迹复合膜在水溶液中对Cu^(2+)的去除效果良好,在pH=7.0的中性条件下具有良好的吸附性能,吸附效率高,最大吸附量为230.48 mg/g,吸附过程更符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温线,对Cu^(2+)有较好的选择性吸附。此外,CS/MMT印迹复合膜可以多次再生,作为吸附剂重复使用,保持了较高的吸附容量。这种印迹模板法对生物材料中污染物的选择性吸附具有重要意义,值得深入研究。 Copper ion imprinting and colloidal crystal template were used to adsorb in water.Polystyrene microspheres and copper templates were added to form three-dimensional macroporous structure and ion imprinted sites,respectively.In addition,polyvinyl alcohol and montmorillonite were added to modify the membrane materials organically and inorganically,so as to enhance its mechanical properties and stabilize its structure.Finally,the film was formed by drying.The adsorption experiments showed that CS/MMT imprinted composite membrane had a good removal effect on Cu^(2+) in aqueous solution.CS/MMT imprinted composite membrane has good adsorption performance and high adsorption efficiency under the neutral condition of pH=7.0.The maximum adsorption capacity of CS/MMT imprinted composite membrane was 230.48 mg/g.The adsorption process is more consis tent with the quasi second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm.CS/MMT imprinted composite membrane has good selective adsorption for Cu^(2+).In addition,it can be regenerated for many times and reused as adsorbent,maintaining a high adsorption capacity.This imprinting template method is of great significance for the selective adsorption of pollutants in bio-materials,and is worth further study.
