摘要
目的观察缓解期精神分裂症患者认知功能与社会功能,并探究两者的相关性。方法选择2020年5月至2021年5月住院部收治的132例缓解期精神分裂症患者作为研究组,另外选取同时期体检的正常健康者132例作为对照组。采用精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识版(MCCB)对2组受测者评定患者的认知功能,利用个体和社会功能量表(personal and social performance scale,PSP)和社会适应量表(social-adaptive functioning evaluation,SAFE)对2组受测者进行社会功能的评价。比较2组的各项量表评分并对MCCB评分与PSP、SAFE评分之间关系进行Pearson相关分析。结果研究组患者MCCB 7个维度(处理速度、注意/警觉采用持续操作测验、工作记忆、言语学习和记忆、视觉学习和记忆、推理与问题解决能力、社会认知)的评分均明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者的PSP量表评分均明显的低于对照组,SAFE量表评分明显的高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);处理速度、注意/警觉、视觉学习和记忆以及社会认知评分与PSP评分呈正相关关系(P<0.01);注意/警觉、视觉学习和记忆、言语学习和记忆以及社会认知评分与SAFE量表评分呈负相关关系(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者的社会功能与精神分类症患者的认知功能包括处理速度、注意/警觉、视觉学习和记忆以及社会认知密切相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the cognitive function and social function of remission in schizophrenia.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,132 inpatients with schizophrenia in remission stage(study group)and 132 healthy patients(control group)were enrolled.The MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery(MCCB)was used to assess the cognitive function of the subjects,Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP)and social-adaptive functioning evaluation(SAFE)were used to evaluate their social function.The scores of MCCB score and PSP and SAFE were compared between groups,the correlation of above index was analyzed with Pearson analysis.Results The scores of the patients in the study group on the 7 dimensions of MCCB(processing speed,attention/alertness using continuous operation tests,working memory,verbal learning and memory,visual learning and memory,reasoning and problem-solving skills,and social cognition)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);PSP scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.SAFE scores were significantly higher in study group than the control group.(P<0.01).Processing speed,attention/alertness,vision Learning and memory and social cognitive scores are positively correlated with PSP scores(P<0.01);attention/alertness,visual learning and memory,and social cognitive scores are negative correlated with SAFE scale scores(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The social functions of patients with schizophrenia in remission stag are closely related to processing speed,attention/alertness,visual learning and memory,and social cognitive dimensions.
