摘要
高压消解可增加制样容器内压力和反应温度,从而大大提高反应速率,缩短样品的制备时间,许多分析仪器设备特别是在线分析仪器都配有高压消解装置。由于高压消解是在高温增压下进行,且多数反应液具有强腐蚀性,其加热安全性至关重要。针对高压消解加热的特点,提出了不依赖于控制系统的多种非系统保护技术措施。这些措施对相关产品的加热安全保护设计具有指导意义。
High pressure digestion can increase the pressure and reaction temperature in the sample preparation container,so as to greatly improve the reaction rate and shorten the sample preparation time.Many analytical instruments,especially online analytical instruments,are equipped with high-pressure digestion devices.Because the high-pressure digestion technology is carried out under high temperature and pressure,and most of the reaction liquid is highly corrosive,its heating safety is very important.A variety of protection measures are proposed,which do not depend on the characteristics of the control system.These measures provide reference for the heating safety protection design of related products.
