摘要
"2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和"的"双碳"战略目标对长期碳排放处于世界第一的我国来说是一个巨大的挑战.本文对"双碳"战略目标及我国氢能产业发展的背景、我国氢能标准化的发展及氢能技术标准现状进行了介绍,指出了我国氢能标准化工作在"双碳"战略目标背景下需要解决的问题,并给出相关建议.
The strategic goal of“achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060”is a huge challenge for China,whose carbon emission has ranked first in the world for a long time.This paper introduces the background of the carbon peak and neutrality strategic goal and the development of hydrogen energy industry in China,and describes the development of hydrogen energy standardization in China,and the current status of China’s hydrogen energy technical standards.It points out the problems that need to be solved in the hydrogen energy standardization in the context of carbon peak and neutrality strategic goal,and gives some relevant suggestions.
