摘要
为了研究自然通风冷却塔中填料污垢的组分,探索清理污垢的有效手段,提取某电厂冷却塔中填料污垢作为试验试样,通过利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱技术(EDS)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)以及红外光谱分析(FTIR)等仪器对填料污垢试样进行组分分析。结果表明:填料污垢的主要元素有O、Si、Ca和Al等,其中O元素质量分数较高,达50%,Si元素和Al元素占比均约20%;填料污垢的主要物质有SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Mg(OH)_(2)、硅酸盐、碳酸盐(主要为碳酸钙)、磷酸盐和硫酸盐等。
In order to study the composition of limescale in cooling tower packing and explore the effective cleaning means,the limescale was extracted as the test sample and the components were analyzed by scan-ning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray fluorescence spec-trometry(XRF)and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).Results show that the main elements of packing scal-ing are O,Si,Ca,Al,etc,and the mass fraction of O element is higher,up to 50%,Si element and Al ele-ment account for about 20%.The main substances of packing scaling include SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),Mg(OH)_(2),silicate,carbonate(mainly calcium carbonate),phosphate,sulfate,etc.
