我国禽蛋兽药残留限量标准和检测标准现状分析 被引量:2

摘要 兽药残留问题一直是影响禽蛋质量安全的主要因素。为规范兽药使用,笔者对GB 31650-2019中有关禽蛋的42种(类)兽药的分类、检测标准等进行了系统梳理,在此基础上,针对标准中涉及的兽药种类不全面、检测标准适用范围较小等问题提出了相关对策建议,以期为我国禽蛋兽药残留检测技术的开发和相关标准的制订(修订)提供参考。
