摘要
《盐铁论》作为西汉“盐铁会议”的记录性著作,对研究西汉乃至两汉时期的历史具有重要作用。建国至今,学界展开从校勘、考证到以思想、政治、经济、对外政策等方面的多领域研究,逐步形成关于《盐铁论》的系统性成果。其中,以“儒法之争”为核心的思想探究是贯穿《盐铁论》研究的内在线索。按照时间发展来看,可以分为三个阶段。从儒法思想争论的开端,到“尊法批儒”的高潮、反思与整理,再到新时期下“百花齐放”的局面。不同阶段的研究成果之间互有联系,即便在一定时期,学术环境受到“尊法批儒”等政治运动的影响,但其中仍隐含着对之后学术方向的探索。学术研究必须回归到学术本身才能得到更好的发展。
As a recorded work of the“Salt and Iron Conference”of Western Han Dynasty,“On Salt and Iron”plays an important role in studying the history of the Western Han Dynasty and even the two dynasties of Han.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the academic circles have carried out researches in many fields from collation and examination to ideological,political,economic,foreign policy and other aspects,and gradually formed systematic results on the“On Salt and Iron”.Among them,the ideological inquiry with the“Confucian Controversy”as the core is the internal clue that runs through the study of the“On Salt and Iron”.According to the development of time,it can be divided into three stages,namely from the beginning of the controversy over Confucian thought,to the climax,reflection and collation of“Respecting the Law and Criticizing Confucianism”,to the situation of“a hundred flowers blooming”in the new era.There are links between the researches at different stages,and even if in a certain period of time,the academic environment was influenced by political movements such as“Respecting the Law and Criticizing Confucianism”,it still implied the exploration of the academic direction later.Academic research must return to academia itself in order to be better developed.
