摘要 老旧小区建筑屋面是长时间被城市社会忽视且具有重要价值的空间,是紧凑城市空间可持续发展的重要途径。文章回顾了国内关于老旧小区建筑屋面改造的支持政策、实际案例、技术研发等;通过研究当代城市发展背景、老旧小区内在矛盾、社会交往空间等方面,对老旧小区建筑屋面创造公共绿地空间的意义进行论述;通过研究政策、法规、技术、社会等方面,对老旧小区建筑屋面创造公共绿地空间的复杂性进行分析;综合研究老旧小区屋面创造公共绿地空间的策略,力图实现建筑屋面成为老旧小区补偿性公共绿地空间的愿景,有利于老旧小区环境的可持续发展。在紧凑城市空间的背景下,此研究有利于实现区域资源的协同发展,发挥社区潜在价值,激发内部活力。 Roofing of old residential buildings is a valuable space,which has been neglected by urban society for a long time.It is an important way for the sustainable development of compact urban space.This paper reviews the supporting policies,practical cases and technical research and development of roofing renovation of old residential buildings in China.The paper studies the contemporary urban development background,the internal contradictions of the old communities,social interaction space and other aspects,and discusses the significance of creating public green space with the roof of the buildings in the old communities.Through the analysis on the policies,regulations,technology,society and other aspects,the paper analyzes the complexity of creating public green space with the building roof in the old communities.The comprehensive research points out the strategy of creating public green space on the roof of the old residential area,and tries to realize the vision of turning the building roof in the old communities to the compensatory public green space of the old residential areas,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the environment of the old residential area.Under the background of compact urban space,this study is beneficial to realize the coordinated development of regional resources,to exert the potential value of community,and to stimulate the internal vitality.
