摘要
本文介绍了一种3,5-二溴-4-氨基-N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成方法。以4-氨基-N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,通过溴化法合成3,5-二溴-4-氨基-N-丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺,并考察了不同溶剂、原料投加量、溴素及双氧水用量、反应温度及反应时间等条件对该反应的影响。
A synthetic process of 3,5-dibromo-4-amino-N-butylphthalimide was introduced in this paper.Using 4-amino-N-butylphthalimide as raw material,3,5-dibromo-4-amino-N-butylphthalimide was synthesized by bromination method.The effects of different solvents,raw material dosage,bromine and hydrogen peroxide dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction were investigated.
