摘要
目的探讨金天格胶囊治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并骨质疏松症(OP)的效果、安全性及对患者骨密度、骨代谢的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月佳木斯市中心医院内分泌科收治的94例T2DM合并OP患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,观察组加服金天格胶囊。3个月后评估疗效;用双能X线骨密度仪检测股骨颈、股骨大转子、总髋部的骨密度;取血清测定骨代谢指标骨钙素(BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、Ⅰ型胶原C末端肽(CTX-Ⅰ);统计口干、腹痛、食管溃疡等不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(76.60%)(P=0.020)。治疗3个月后观察组股骨颈、股骨大转子、总髋部的骨密度均增加且高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后观察组血清BGP、BALP均升高且高于对照组;CTX-Ⅰ降低且低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应(10.64%)与对照组(6.38%)差异无统计学意义(P=0.713)。结论金天格胶囊可提升T2DM合并OP的治疗效果,能够增加骨密度,调节骨代谢水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jintiange Capsule on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with osteoporosis(OP)and its effect on bone mineral density and bone metabolism.Methods 94 patients with T2DM complicated with OP treated in the Department of endocrinology of Jiamusi Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jintiange capsule.The curative effect was evaluated after 3 months;The bone mineral density of femoral neck,greater trochanter and total hip were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry;Serum was taken to measure bone metabolism indexes,such as Osteocalcin(BGP),bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),typeⅠcollagen C-terminal peptide(CTX-Ⅰ);The adverse reactions such as dry mouth,abdominal pain and esophageal ulcer were counted.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.62%)was higher than the control group(76.60%)(P=0.020).After 3 months of treatment,the BMD of femoral neck,greater trochanter and total hip in the observation group increased and higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the serum BGP and BALP in the observation group were increased and higher than those in the control group;CTX-Ⅰdecreased and was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the observation group(10.64%)and the control group(6.38%)(P=0.713).Conclusion Jintiange Capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of T2DM complicated with OP,increase bone mineral density and regulate the level of bone metabolism.
