摘要
提出了一种基于矿石流的选矿生产过程跟踪与监控方法。根据选矿生产流程建立排班计划信息;通过实时数据库对选矿生产流程状态进行数据采集,并配置每班次的配矿信息;计算圆筒仓的物料分布;计算U型仓的物料分布;对圆筒仓的物料分布和U型仓物料分布进行可视化。研究方法实现了在连续投料情况下计算物料分布,为企业人员掌握物料的实时生产情况,做出生产决策起到辅助作用。
The method for tracking and monitoring the mineral processing based on ore stream was proposed.Then according to technological flow procedures for mineral processing,scheduling program on the shift information was established.After that data-collecting on the status of these technological flow procedures for mineral processing was carried out through the real-time database,meanwhile the ore blending information for each shift was provided.And also the distribution of materials at both cylindrical silo and U-shaped warehouse was calculated.At the same time the distribution of the materials at these two warehouses was processed based on visualization.Depending on the developed method,calculating the distribution of materials under the condition of continuously putting into raw materials into production was achieved,which played an auxiliary role for personnel in enterprise to get the real-time situation of materials in production and make decisions on production.
