摘要
近年来,成都市不断健全城市基本公共服务制度体系,全市公共服务供给水平逐步提高,市民幸福感不断提升。不过,现有公共服务供给水平与“七普”调查反映出的成都实有人口规模、结构、分布等还有不适应之处,需要在“十四五”时期从深化公共服务供给的体制机制改革入手,合理配置医疗、教育、养老等公共服务资源,以积极应对老龄化加剧、生育率降低的人口变动趋势。
In recent years,Chengdu has continuously improved basic public service system,gradually improving the supply of public services,and constantly enhancing people's sense of happiness.However,the existing public service supply in Chengdu is not suitable for its actual population size,structure and distribution reflected in the seventh population census.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,Chengdu should start with deepening the reform of public service supply system,and reasonably allocate public service resources such as health,education and elderly care,so as to actively respond to the demographic change trend of aging and low fertility rate.
