摘要
思政教育是立德树人之本,专业教育中课程思政元素的映射与融入对于实现学科育人与课程育人水乳交融至关重要。食品安全与卫生学课程作为食品专业的核心主干课程,对于学生专业知识储备、个人素质培养、职业道德养成以及社会责任感树立都有着重要作用。通过明确食品安全与卫生学课程一级、二级、三级教育目标,挖掘课程本身及相关交叉课程中蕴藏的家国情怀、法治意识、社会责任、人文精神、仁爱之心、国际视野、勇于创新等多元化思政元素,探索专业教学过程中思政元素的映射靶点与融入路径,同时,就加强思政教育的方法进行了构想,以期为课程思政融于食品安全与卫生学等专业核心课程提供可行的建设样板,为深化教育教学改革奠定扎实的工作基础。
Ideological and political education is the foundation of moral cultivation,and the mapping and integration of ideological and political elements in professional education is very important to realize the integration of discipline education and curriculum education."Food safety and hygiene"course,as the core backbone course of food specialty,plays an important role in students'professional knowledge reserve,personal quality cultivation,professional ethics cultivation and social responsibility building.In this paper,by defining the food safety and hygiene curriculum primary,secondary,tertiary education goal,mining diversified ideological elements in course itself and the relevant crossover,such as the patriotism,the rule of law consciousness,social responsibility,the humanistic spirit,kindness blent,international vision,innovation etc.Besides,the mapping targets and integration paths of ideological and political elements applied to the curriculum in the professional teaching process are explored.In addition,the method of strengthening the excavation and application of ideological and political elements is also conceived,in order to provide a feasible construction model for the ideological and political integration of courses in"food safety and hygiene"as well as other professional core courses,and to lay a solid foundation for the deepening of education and teaching reform.
