带上盖物业开发的盖下地铁车辆段低压配电专业设计 被引量:2

摘要 在寸土寸金的城市中,地铁车辆段占地面积大,用地不够灵活,不符合可持续发展理念,带有上盖物业开发的盖下车辆段应运而生。相较普通车辆段,盖下车辆段设计中有不少异同点。由于增加了上盖物业开发,地上建筑转为了盖下建筑,部分室外道路改为盖下道路,因此项目对消防疏散、通风排烟以及防雷接地等有更严格的规范要求;室内室外的区分也由原来的单体与室外,变为盖板下与室外的区分。着重在变电所选址、配电综合路由设置、盖下智能低压系统、智能及分区照明控制、综合接地防雷系统、消防应急疏散指示设计、咽喉区灯具设置等方面进行分别阐述和效果分析。依据多个盖下车辆段低压配电设计中遇到的各种问题,提出了一系列解决方案和解决思路,以期对后续盖下车辆段的配电专业设计有借鉴和指导意义。 In cities with limited land,metro depots cover a large area and are not flexible enough to meet the concept of sustainable development.Therefore,the undercover metro depot with overhead property development came into being.There are many similarities and differences in the design of undercover metro depots compared with normal metro depots.Due to the overhead property development,the above ground buildings were changed to under cover buildings and some outdoor roads were changed to under cover roads.Therefore,the project needed to follow more strict specifications for fire evacuation,ventilation and smoke exhaust,lightning protection and grounding.The distinction between indoor and outdoor was also changed from the original single building and outdoor to the distinction between under the cover plate and outdoor.The substation site selection,power distribution integrated route setting,intelligent low-voltage system under the cover,intelligent and partition lighting control,integrated grounding lightning protection system,fire emergency evacuation indication design,throat area lamp setting and other aspects were described and analyzed respectively.According to various problems encountered in low-voltage power distribution design of multiple covered depots,a series of solutions and solutions have been proposed,with a view to providing reference and guidance for the subsequent power distribution professional design of covered depots.
