摘要
针对新疆地区莲藕收获期因气温过低导致莲藕采收困难等问题,设计了一款莲藕采收装置。主要适用于莲藕收获时,藕农将藕田中水放干“晒田”后进行采收的藕田作业。该装置主要由内燃机、变速箱、机架、液压支撑装置、浮土剥离装置、莲藕采挖传送装置、莲藕清洁系统及莲藕储存箱等装置组成。该装置具有结构紧凑、使用方便、工作效率高、环境污染小、便于维护等特点。可解决新疆藕农在莲藕收获时效率低下、成本高、挖掘困难、劳动强度大等问题,使新疆藕农在莲藕收获时的劳动条件得到了极大改善。
Aiming at the problems of difficulty in harvesting lotus root due to low temperature in Xinjiang, a lotus root harvesting device in Xinjiang was designed. It is mainly used for the harvest of lotus roots in Xinjiang, and the lotus farmers will drieu the water in the lotus field and harvesteol the lotus field after drying the "sunning field". The device is mainly composed of internal combustion engine, gearbox, frame, hydraulic support device, floating soil stripping device, lotus root mining and transmission device, lotus root cleaning system, lotus root storage box and other devices. The device has the characteristics of compact structure, easy to use, high work efficiency, small environmental pollution and easy maintenance. The problems of low efficiency, high cost, difficulty in excavation, and high labor intensity of Xinjiang lotus farmers during lotus root harvesting have been solved, so that the working conditions of Xinjiang lotus farmers during lotus root harvesting have been greatly improved.
