摘要
高校专业智库作为中国智库体系的重要组成部分,在政治、经济、文化、教育、安全、国防和外交等领域展现了鲜明的专业优势。文章聚焦高校专业智库的内涵与特征、主要职能、组织结构、运行机制和保障机制5个方面,探索了依托高校形成的专业智库的建设发展路径。针对专业智库存在的职能定位不清晰、组织结构不明确、运行保障机制不完善等问题给出对策,致力于打造特色鲜明、制度创新、引领发展的专业化高端智库。
As part of think tanks in China,professional think tanks based on universities have shown professional advantages in politics,economy,culture,education,security,defence and diplomacy.Focus on connotations,characteristics,functions,organizational structure,operation mechanism and safeguard mechanism,this paper explores the construction and development of professional think tanks based on universities.Then solutions are given to existing problems such as unclear function,indeterminate structure and incomplete operation safeguard mechanism,devote to create professional think tanks with Chinese characteristics.
