摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动降低甲状腺癌患者术后中度以上不适发生率的效果。方法:2020年3-10月开展品管圈活动,通过Kolcaba舒适状况量表、甲状腺癌患者术后不适症状查检表调查甲状腺癌患者术后中度以上不适发生率及症状,通过柏拉图确定改善重点,通过鱼骨图分析原因并确定要因及真因,针对真因拟定对策,以PDCA循环模式进行实施与评价。比较改善前后甲状腺癌患者术后中度以上不适发生率。结果:品管圈活动后,甲状腺癌患者术后中度以上不适发生率为28.1%,较改善前(62.5%)显著降低(P<0.001)。结论:品管圈活动能降低甲状腺癌患者术后中度以上不适发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activity reducing the incidence of moderate or above postoperative discomfort in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods:We carried out quality control circle activities from March to October 2020,surveyed the incidence and symptoms of moderate or above postoperative discomfort in patients with thyroid cancer through the Kolcaba Comfort Scale and Checklist for Postoperative Discomfort Symptoms for Patients with Thyroid Cancer,and determined the key points of improvement through Plato.The fishbone diagram was used to analyzes the cause and the main and true causes were determined.Countermeasures against the true causes were formulated,and they were implemented and evaluated in the PDCA cycle model.The incidence of moderate or above postoperative discomfort in patients with thyroid cancer was compared before and after improvement.Result:After the quality control circle activity,the incidence of moderate or above postoperative discomfort in patients with thyroid cancer was28.1%,which was significantly lower than that before improvement(62.5%)(P<0.001).Conclusion:Quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of moderate or above postoperative discomfort in patients with thyroid cancer.
