摘要
为探讨重庆市江津区水环境治理措施的有效性,应用HEC-RAS软件建立一维水动力水质模型,分别在实施一期、近期和远期项目三种情景下对江津区境内8条典型水质超标河流丰、枯水期的水质(COD、NH_(3)-N、TP)进行模拟测评。结果表明,治理方案对污染物的削减效果较好,一期、远期各河流水质均能达到预期治理目标;近期8条河流中李市小溪水质不能达到预期治理目标,尤其在枯水期水质超标严重,分析后恢复李市小溪生态补水,并再次进行水质模拟,结果表明方案有效,水质达到了地表Ⅳ类水标准。
To evaluate the efficiency of water environment management measures in watershed of Jiangjin District, Chongqing, a one-dimensional hydrodynamic and water quality model was established with the application of HEC-RAS software. The model was employed to simulate and investigate the water quality parameters including COD, NH_(3)-N, and TP of 8 typical rivers in Jiangjin District during wet and dry seasons after the implementation of phase Ⅰ, short-term and long-term treatment projects. The results showed that the management plans exhibited good performance in pollutants reduction. The water quality of each river after the conduction of the phase Ⅰ and the long-term projects could reach the expected targets. However, among the selected 8 rivers, the water quality of Lishi Creek could not achieve the desired standards after carrying out the short-term project, especially in the dry season. Therefore, the water diversion project for Lishi Creek was going to be conducted after analyzing the reasons. The simulation results demonstrated that the project would be effective, with the water quality reaching the class Ⅳ standard for surface water.
