摘要
目的 分析体位护理在脊柱损伤伴霉菌性阴道炎患者术后康复过程中的应用效果。方法 选取50例脊柱损伤伴霉菌性阴道炎患者,并通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别为对照组(25例,常规护理)、观察组(25例,体位护理联合常规护理)。比较两组护理期间并发症发生情况及护理后满意度。结果 护理期间,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;护理后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脊柱损伤伴霉菌性阴道炎患者应用体位护理能够有效减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of postural nursing in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with spinal injury and fungal vaginitis. Methods A total of 50 patients with spinal injury and fungal vaginitis were selected and divided into the control group(25 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group(25 cases, postural nursing combined with routine nursing) by random number table method. The incidence of complications between the two groups was compared during the nursing period;the satisfaction of the two groups were compared after nursing. Results During the nursing period, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;after nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Postural nursing can effectively reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with spinal injury and fungal vaginitis.
