摘要
旅游景区智慧化发展能够为游客提供优质服务并带来独特体验。依托智慧服务、智慧管理、智慧营销等技术,景区智慧化水平的提升满足了游客的旅游需求,并实现了自身经营战略的转变。本文以大连老虎滩海洋公园为例,运用问卷调查法,建立了智慧景区评价指标体系;通过描述性分析、相关分析和回归分析等统计方法,分析了景区智慧化发展的不同指标对游客体验的作用和效果。研究发现,(1)游客对智慧景区评价指标体系中智慧服务系统的满意度最高,智慧营销系统次之,智慧管理系统最低;(2)智慧服务系统、智慧管理系统、智慧营销系统与大连老虎滩海洋公园的游客体验具有一定相关关系,其中智慧营销系统与游客体验的相关性最大;(3)回归结果表明智慧服务系统、智慧管理系统、智慧营销系统对大连老虎滩海洋公园的游客体验均具有正向影响。最后,在分析景区智慧化发展的基础上,提出打造智慧环境、拓宽营销渠道、提供智慧服务和强化智能管理等建议,以期为智慧景区建设提供实践指导。
The smart development of scenic spots can provide high-quality services and unique experience for tourists.Relying on smart service,smart management,smart marketing and other technologies,the improvement of the smart level of the scenic spots have met the tourism needs of tourists and realized the transformation of their own business strategy.Taking Dalian Laohutan Ocean Park as an example,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of smart scenic spots by using questionnaire survey method;through descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper analyzes the role and effect of different indicators of smart development of scenic spots on tourist experience.Research findings,(1)in the evaluation index system of smart scenic spots,tourists have the highest satisfaction with the smart service system,followed by the smart marketing system and the smart management system;(2)the smart service system,smart management system and smart marketing system have a certain correlation with the tourist experience of Dalian Laohutan Ocean Park,among which the smart marketing system has the greatest correlation with the tourist experience;(3)the regression results show that the smart service system,smart management system and smart marketing system have a positive impact on the tourist experience of Dalian Laohutan Ocean Park.Finally,based on the analysis of the smart development of scenic spots,some suggestions are put forward,such as creating a smart environment,broadening marketing channels,providing smart services and strengthening smart management,which can provide practical guidance for the construction of smart scenic spot.
