角接触球轴承极限转速试验及温升预测方法 被引量:1

摘要 轴承温升试验是确定轴承极限转速的有效方法,试验中需要多次调整转速并观察轴承温升,试验周期长且试验效率低。为缩短轴承极限转速试验周期,设计了角接触球轴承极限转速试验系统,提出了轴承极限转速快速试验方法及轴承稳态温度预测方法并进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:该方法将轴承极限转速单次试验时间缩短至60 min,有效提高了试验效率;不同转速下,轴承温度预测值与试验稳态温度之间的误差小于1℃,两者具有较好的一致性。 Temperature rise test of bearings is an effective method to determine the limit speed of bearings.During the test,it is necessary to adjust the speed many times and observe the temperature rise of bearings,the test cycle is long and the test efficiency is low.In order to shorten the test cycle for limit speed of bearings,one limit speed test system of angular contact ball bearings is designed.The rapid test method for limit speed of the bearings and the prediction method for steady-state temperature of the bearings are proposed and verified by experiments.The results show that:this method shortens the single test time of limit speed of the bearings to 60 min and improve the test efficiency effectively;under different rotational speeds,the error between predicted temperature and the test steady-state temperature of the bearings is less than 1℃,showing a good consistency.
