摘要
英模精神实质是公共精神。英模精神的爱国情怀提升公民的国家信任度。以英模爱国情怀引领社会的公共信任建设要做到爱党、爱人民与爱社会主义的统一。英模精神的敬业奉献提升公民的职业认同度。以英模敬业奉献引领社会的公共信任建设要做到做一行、爱一行,知行合一,体现民族情怀、家国意识与服务群众。英模精神的诚实守信提升公民的道德承认度。以英模的诚信精神引领社会的公共信任建设要做到对职业的诚信,对荣誉的诚信,对党、国家以及人民的诚信,内化于心、外化于行。英模精神的友善气质提升公民的社会向心力。以英模友善精神引领社会的公共信任建设要求英模人物要始终保持道德定位的认知清醒,心怀国之大者,做人与自然、他者、社会及自身和谐的表率,既要克服意志软弱的伪善,也要克服片面的价值观。优化英模精神的社会公共信任建设机制必须做到:评选科学、名实相符;宣传渠道多样化与最大限度公共化;积极认同,克服神化与虚化,在彼此促进中推动社会信任的发展。
The essence of model spirit is public spirit,which is of great significance to the construction of social public trust.The patriotism of the hero model spirit enhances citizens’national trust.Model spirit and national ethics are mutually interpreted,emphasizing the unity of individual and community.To lead the construction of public trust in society with the patriotism of heroes and models,we should achieve the unity of loving the party,the people and socialism;the professional dedication of the hero model spirit improves citizens’professional identity.Model dedication not only strengthens citizens’confidence in ethical life,but also expands the public awareness of the state,the government and society.To lead the construction of public trust in society with the dedication of heroes and models,we should do and love each other,integrate knowledge and practice,reflect national feelings,family and country consciousness and serve the masses.The honesty and trustworthiness of the model spirit enhance the moral recognition of citizens.To lead the construction of public trust in society with the integrity spirit of heroes and models,we should internalize and externalize the integrity of profession,honor,the party,the state and the people.The friendly temperament of the hero model spirit improves the social centripetal force of citizens.The friendly connotation of the hero model spirit covers nature,the other,society and itself.Leading the construction of public trust in society with the spirit of hero model friendliness requires that hero model characters should always keep a clear understanding of moral positioning,cherish the greatness of the country,set an example of harmony between man and nature,the other,society and themselves,and overcome not only the hypocrisy of weak willpower,but also their values.To optimize the social public trust value mechanism of the heroic model spirit,we must:the selection is scientific and consistent with the name;diversification of publicity channels and maximum publicity;activel
