摘要
基于经济增长、创新能力、生态环境三项准则层,构建山西省经济高质量发展评价指标体系;运用主成分分析方法对各项指标及准则层赋权,通过山西省11个地市年度面板数据计算山西省各地市经济高质量发展综合指数并进行排序,进而探讨山西省地级市经济发展时空分异特征及战略协同行动。模型结果表明,山西省各地市经济发展差距演变进入“倒U型”的稳定阶段;行政空间分异表现为“一四四二”梯级分布,即一核心、四高地、四潜力、两洼地”。据此,各地市要围绕山西省经济高质量发展目标,从经济增长、技术创新和生态环境保护等三个方面展开战略协同行动。
Based on the three criteria layers of economic growth,innovation capacity and ecological environment,this paper builds an evaluation index system for the high-quality economic development of Shanxi Province.It assigns weights to the indicators and criteria layers by application of principal component analysis,calculates the comprehensive index of high-quality economic development with the annual panel data of 11 cities and rank them,and then explores the characteristics of spatial and temporal divergence of economic development and strategic synergistic actions of prefecture-level cities.The results of the model show that the economic development gap between cities in Shanxi Province has entered a stable stage of“inverted U-shape”;the administrative spatial differentiation can be concluded as“1442”——one center,four high level ones,four with development potentials,and two less developed ones.Therefore,it is suggested that all cities in Shanxi Province should focus on the goal of high-quality economic development,and launch strategic synergistic actions in three aspects including economic growth,technological innovation and ecological environmental protection.
