摘要
目的调查儿童心脏外科护士共享决策知信行现状,并分析其影响因素,为儿童心脏外科开展共享决策提供依据。方法选取不同省市6家医院儿童心脏外科的250名护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、共享决策知信行问卷进行横断面调查,并采用两独立样本t检验、方差分析、多元线性回归分析儿童心脏外科护士共享决策知信行的影响因素。结果儿童心脏外科护士共享决策各维度得分为知识(80.49±12.64)分、态度(79.00±13.46)分、行为(61.51±18.09)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,是否接受过共享决策培训是护士共享决策知识、态度和行为的影响因素,职称是护士共享决策态度的影响因素,工作性质是护士共享决策行为的影响因素。结论儿童心脏外科护士的共享决策知信行处于中等水平,仍有待提高,受护士是否接受过共享决策培训、职称、工作性质影响。
Objective To investigate the present status of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)on shared decision making for pediatric cardiac surgery nurses and analyze its influencing factors to provide reference for shared decision making developed in pediatric cardiac surgery department.Method Choose 250 nurses from pediatric cardiac surgery departments of 6 hospitals in different provinces and cities and perform cross-sectional survey by general information questionnaire and KAP questionnaire on shared decision making.Analyze the influencing factors of KAP on shared decision making for pediatric cardiac surgery nurses by 2-independent-samples t test,analysis of variance and multiple linear regression.Result Scores on each dimension of shared decision making for pediatric cardiac surgery nurses are(80.49±12.64)for knowledge,(79.00±13.46)for attitude and(61.51±18.09)for practice.Multiple liner regression analysis shows that receiving training on shared decision making is the influencing factor of KAP on shared decision making for nurses.Professional title is the influencing factor of attitude on shared decision making for nurses.Nature of work is the influencing factor of practice on shared decision making for nurses.Conclusion KAP on shared decision making for pediatric cardiac surgery nurses is in medium level and needs to be improved,which is influenced by training on shared decision making,professional title and nature of work.
