摘要
血管通路是血液透析患者的生命线,中心静脉导管是一种重要的血管通路,但透析导管的使用常受到限制,因其使用会带来各种并发症。感染是血液透析患者长期使用导管的主要并发症,与高死亡率、发病率和医疗保健费用相关。本文综述了血液透析患者导管相关性血流感染的危险因素及防治血流感染的新技术。
Vascular access is the lifeline of hemodialysis patients.Central venous catheter is an important vascular pathway.The use of dialysis catheters is often discouraged because of the various complications associated with its use.Infection is the main complication of hemodialysis patients with long-term catheter use.It is associated with high mortality,morbidity,and health care costs.The risk factors of catheter-associated infection in hemodialysis patients and new techniques for preventing and treating blood stream infection were reviewed.
