摘要
目的研究柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对脑卒中后抑郁症的临床效果。方法选择2020年4月~2022年1月甘肃省庆阳市中医医院收治的120例脑卒中后抑郁症患者,用抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组单用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,观察组联用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤。比较两组患者的有效率、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的体质量、焦虑、睡眠障碍、昼夜、阻滞、绝望感和认知障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的体质量、焦虑、睡眠障碍、昼夜、阻滞、绝望感和认知障碍评分均明显降低,且观察组患者的各项评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清NE及5-HT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血清NE及5-HT水平均明显升高,且观察组患者的血清NE及5-HT水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛对脑卒中后抑郁症有较为显著的效果,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the eff ect of Chaihujia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with fl upentixol and melitracen in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods Selected 120 cases of patients with post-stroke depression who were treated in Qingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Gansu Province of April 2020 to January 2022,divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with fl upentixol and melitracen alone,and the observation group was treated with Chaihujia Longgu Muli Decoction.The HAMD scale factors of the patients with post-stroke depression in the two groups were evaluated,and the serum norepinephrine and serotonin levels were detected in the two groups.Results The eff ective rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the scores of body weight,anxiety,sleep disturbance,day and night,block,hopelessness and cognitive impairment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of body weight,anxiety,sleep disturbance,day and night,block,sense of hopelessness and cognitive impairment in both groups were signifi cantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of body mass,anxiety,sleep disturbance,day and night,block,sense of hopelessness and cognitive impairment in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the levels of serum norepinephrine and serotonin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum norepinephrine and serotonin in the two groups were signifi cantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum levels of norepinephrine and serotonin in the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihujia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with fl upentixol and melitracen has a signifi cant eff ect on post-stroke depression,which is worthy of promotion.
