摘要
为解决某车型试装阶段行李厢地毯在载重情况下急刹时往前窜动并塌陷的问题,本文从行李厢地毯的受力、定位紧固方式、结构、材料等方面进行了理论分析与实车验证,研究了行李厢地毯在急刹状态下所受的惯性力以及急刹后的受力与变形。通过对行李厢地毯材料和结构上的改进和优化,解决了该问题。这些分析方法和解决方案对后续新开发车型的行李厢地毯的设计有一定指导作用。
In this paper,the load on the carpet assy-trunk,the positioning and fastening method,the structure and the material of the trunk carpet have been analyzed by the inertial force of the carpet assy-trunk in the state of sudden braking,and the force and deformation after the sudden braking,with the theoretical analysis and real vehicle verification in order to solve the problem of the trunk carpet moving forward and collapsing under the load condition during the trial installation of a car,According to the experiments,the problems have been solved by modifying and optimizing the material and structure of the carpet assytrunk.It has a certain guiding role for the design of the carpet assy-trunk of subsequent newly developed cars.
