摘要
针对人工收集、统计、分析卷包车间质量数据效率低、易出错、不规范、不统一等问题,研究小组通过C#编程语言和开源库NPOI开发了一款集质量数据收集、统计、分析和报表功能于一体的应用程序。结果表明,该应用程序能够节省质量数据收集、统计时间,满足车间质量管理对质量数据统计的需求,提高质量数据分析的质量和效率,更好地服务于车间质量数据的管理,为车间质量管理对策的制定和实施提供数据支撑。
To solve the problems of low efficiency,error prone,non-standard and inconsistent in manual collection,statistics and analysis of volume package workshop quality data,the research team has developed an application program integrating quality data collection,statistics,analysis and report function by C#programming language and open source library NPOI.The results show that the application can save the time for quality data collection and statistics,meet the needs of workshop quality management for quality data statistics,improve the quality and efficiency of quality data analysis,better serve the management of workshop quality data,and provide data support for the formulation and implementation of workshop quality management countermeasures.
