摘要
【目的】研究施加外源赤霉素(GA_(3))对盐胁迫下紫花苜蓿幼苗生理缓解效应的影响。【方法】以阿迪娜和龙牧801紫花苜蓿为试验材料,对其幼苗分别进行200和150 mmol/L的NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4)盐胁迫,再分别对叶片喷施30、60、90、120和150 mg/L GA_(3),分析GA_(3)对苜蓿幼苗盐胁迫的生理调控效应,并采用隶属函数法进行综合评价。【结果】混合盐胁迫的紫花苜蓿幼苗喷施GA_(3)后,其叶片的脯氨酸、甜菜碱、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量以及SOD、POD、CAT、APX和PAL活性均随GA_(3)质量浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势。60~150 mg/L GA_(3)可积累4种渗透调节物质并提高5种酶活性。【结论】施加外源GA_(3)可有效缓解2种苜蓿幼苗的NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4)盐胁迫,30~150 mg/L GA3对盐胁迫有一定的缓解作用,且在60~90 mg/L GA3缓解混合盐胁迫的效果最佳。
[Purpose]To study the effects of exogenous gibberellin(GA_(3))on physiological alleviation of alfalfa seedlings under salt stress.[Methods]The seedlings of Medicago sativa‘Adina’and‘Longmu801’were used as experimental materials,the seedlings were subjected to 200 and 150 mmol/L NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4) salt stress,respectively,and then the leaves were sprayed with 30,60,90,120 and 150 mg/L GA3,respectively.The physiological regulation effect of GA_(3) on the salt stress of alfalfa seedlings were analyzed,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out by membership function method.[Results]After spraying GA_(3) on alfalfa seedlings under mixed salt stress,the contents of proline,betaine,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT,APX and PAL in alfalfa leaves increased first and then decreased with the increase of mass concentra-tion of GA_(3).60-150 mg/L GA_(3) could accumulate four osmotic adjustment substances and improve five enzyme activities.[Conclusion]Applying exogenous GA_(3) can effectively alleviate the salt stress of two alfalfa seedlings.30-150 mg/L GA_(3) can alleviate NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4) salt stress to a certain extent.The effect of alleviating mixed salt stress is the best when the mass concentration of GA_(3) is 60-90 mg/L.
