摘要
为了规范露天矿员工作业行为,提升企业安全生产标准化建设水平,通过分析平朔露天矿当前岗位作业流程标准化存在的问题和借鉴先进单位建设经验及应用效果,研发了平朔公司露天煤矿岗位作业流程标准化标准220项,并在实践中进行推广应用。结果表明:露天矿岗位作业流程标准化研发与推广应用的成果有效提升了煤矿生产经营和安全管理水平,取得了较好的效果。
In order to standardize the staff work behavior of open-pit mine and improve the construction level of safety production standardization in enterprises,this article analyzes the existing problems in the standardization of current post work flow in Pingshuo Open-pit Mine,and draws lessons from the construction experience of advanced units and the application effect,develops 220 open-pit coal mine work flow standardization standards of Pingshuo company,and carries on the promotion application in the practice.The results show that the results of research,development,popularization and application of post operation process standardization in open-pit mines effectively promote the coal mine production management and the safety management level,and obtain the good effect.
