摘要
研制了一种引信定标体自动测试系统,可以用于引信、定标体的自动测试,测试系统根据设定条件进行引信姿态调整,同时控制定标体在规定时间内匀速通过引信视场,测试系统实时采集、存储引信数据,以方便后期查看分析。介绍了测试系统的测控系统、单轴转台、引信、定滑轮、定标体、定标体运动机构总体设计和软件设计,并对该测试系统进行了实物验证。
An automatic test system for fuze calibration body is developed,which can be used for automatic test of fuze and calibration body.The test system can adjust the fuze attitude according to the set conditions,and control the calibration body to pass through the fuze field of view at a constant speed within a specified time.The test system collects and stores fuze data in real time to facilitate later review and analysis.The overall design and software design of measurement and control system,single-axis turntable,fuze,fixed pulley,calibration body,and calibration body motion mechanism are introduced.And the test system is actually verified.
