摘要
《西游记》是一部神魔小说,其中的天庭政权和神佛世界其实就是中国封建王朝和封建社会的幻影。从《西游记》中那些奇幻浪漫的神魔故事中,可以发现天庭政权、取经团队和妖魔集团的管理思想。探索《西游记》的管理思想,对于深化《西游记》研究,强化对《西游记》思想艺术价值的发掘具有重要意义。
Journey to the West is a novel of gods and demons,in which the Tianting regime and the world of gods and Buddhas are actually the illusions of China’s feudal dynasties and feudal society.From the fantastic and romantic stories of gods and demons in Journey to the West,it can be found that the management ideas of the Tianting regime,the Buddhist scriptures seeking team and the demon group.Exploring the management thought of Journey to the West is of great significance for deepening the study of Journey to the West and strengthening the exploration of its ideological and artistic value.
