摘要
谵妄是一种急性发作的脑功能障碍综合征,在ICU患者中的发生率较高,是ICU患者临床结局的独立危险因素。尽管ICU意识模糊评估法和ICU谵妄筛查检查表被国内外指南所推荐,但其临床使用率仍较低。本文对ICU意识模糊评估法、ICU谵妄筛查检查表及二者联合应用进行综述,并分析其临床应用的影响因素,以期为ICU患者谵妄的评估提供参考依据。
Delirium is an acute-onset brain dysfunction syndrome with a high incidence in ICU patients and an independent risk factor for clinical outcomes in ICU patients.Although Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit(CAM-ICU)and Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist(ICDSC)are recommended by domestic and foreign guidelines,their clinical usage is still low.This article reviews CAM-ICU,ICDSC and the combined application of them and analyzes influencing factors of its clinical application,in order to provide a reference for the evaluation of delirium in ICU patients.
