贵州糯薏苡新品种薏珠4号的选育及品质特征与栽培要点

摘要 【目的】选育出糯性、高产、稳产、抗性强和商品性状好的贵州糯薏苡新品种,以期为贵州薏苡的生产及产业化应用提供品种选择。【方法】以贵州晴隆薏苡本地种为基础群体,利用单籽粒糯性鉴定和系统选育法选育贵州糯薏苡新品种。【结果】选育出糯性较好的贵州糯薏苡新品种薏珠4号,薏珠4号平均株高、主茎粗和百粒重分别为227.1 cm、11.05 mm和9.95 g;2年适应性试验平均产量为200.14 kg/667m^(2),较兴仁白壳(CK)平均增产10.03%;其总淀粉、直链淀粉、支链淀粉、蛋白质及脂肪和总氨基酸含量分别为66.00%、0.95%、99.05%、17.51%、7.63%和17.15%,其中,薏珠4号的支链淀粉、蛋白质和氨基酸略高于CK,总淀粉、直链淀粉和脂肪略低于CK;对叶枯病、黑穗病和叶斑病的抗性均为中抗。【结论】薏珠4号胚乳糯性较好、区域适应性强,可在贵州薏苡生产上推广应用。 【Objective】In order to provide varieties selection for the production and industrial application of adlay in Guizhou,a new adlay cultivar with traits of waxy,high yield,stable yield,strong resistance and good economic characteristics is bred in Guizhou.【Method】The new waxy adlay variety is selected and cultivated from Qinglong local cultivar in Guizhou Province by waxy identification of grain and systematic breeding methods.【Result】Yizhu No.4,a new adlay variety with better stickiness is bred,and its average plant height,stem diameter and 100-seed weight is 227.1 cm,11.05 mm and 9.95 g,respectively.The average yield in adaptability test in two years is 200.14 kg/667 m^(2),which is 10.03%higher than that of Xingrenbaike(CK).The content of total starch,amylase,amylopectin,protein,fat and total amino acid are 66.00%,0.95%,99.05%,17.51%,7.63%and 17.15%respectively,among which the amylopectin,protein,and amino acid content of Yizhu No.4 are slightly higher than that of CK,and the total starch,amylase and fat content are slightly lower than that of CK.Yizhu No.4 has medium resistance to leaf blight,smut,and leaf spot disease.【Conclusion】Yizhu No.4 has better waxy endosperm and good regional adaptability,which could be popularized and applied in Guizhou Province.
