摘要
机床可靠性试验是依据相关国家标准,通过精度检测、空运转试验、加载试验、静刚度试验、典型工件切削试验、空运转加速试验和安全试验等,综合得出机床可靠性平均无故障间隔时间MTBF指标。对可靠性试验过程中出现的故障进行故障诊断,为实施可靠性研究提供研究数据和改进依据。
The reliability test of machine tool is based on relevant national standards,through precision detection,idling test,loading test,static stiffness test,typical workpiece cutting test,idling acceleration test and safety test,to comprehensively obtain the MTBF index of machine tool reliability.The fault diagnosis is carried out for the faults occurred in the process of reliability test,so as to provide research data and improvement basis for the implementation of reliability research.
