一种手持式高能深紫外消毒枪的杀菌性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究一种手持式高能深紫外消毒枪的杀菌性能。方法 通过载体定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验及现场消毒方法,对该高能深紫外消毒枪于物体表面上方垂直距离5 mm和1 cm处照射不同时间,计算杀灭对数值。结果 使用该消毒枪距离物体表面5 mm处照射5 s,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均≥3.00;照射1 min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值≥3.00;该设备距离被测表面1 cm处照射5 s,对人工染菌桌面的金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值≥3.00;该消毒枪距离被测表面5 mm处照射2 s,对污染在银行练功钞票表面的金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值<3.00;该消毒枪距离被测表面5 mm对人民币以Z形移动照射3 s,对其表面的自然菌杀灭对数值<1.00。结论 手持式高能深紫外消毒枪对光滑物体表面消毒效果良好。 Objective To study the disinfection performance of a type of handheld high-energy deep-ultraviolet sterilization gun.Methods Carrier quantitative disinfection test and field disinfection test were used.We placed a high-energy deep ultraviolet sterilization gun at a vertical distance of 5 mm and 1 cm above the surface of the object to irradiate for different time, then calculated the logarithm value of disinfecttion.Results The corresponding logarithm values of disinfection of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on the carrier were all≥3.00 after the object was irradiated for 5 s by the disinfection gun placed at a distance of 5 mm from the surface of the object.The logarithm value of disinfection of Bacillus subtills var.niger after 1 min irradiation was ≥3.00, average logarithm value of disinfection of Staphylococcus aureus on the surface of an artificially contaminated desk was ≥3.00 after the desk surface was irradiated for 5 s by the device at a distance of 1 cm.The logarithm value of disinfection of Staphylococcus aureus on the contaminated surface of the practice banknotes was less than 3.00 after the surface was irradiated for 2 s at a distance of 5 mm.The logarithm value of disinfection of the natural bacteria on the surface of RMB was less than 1.00 after the surface was irradiated in a Z-shaped movement for 3 s at a distance of 5 mm.Conclusion The handheld high-energy deep ultraviolet disinfection gun has a good disinfection effect on the surface of smooth objects.
