摘要
目的系统评价中医益气扶正祛邪法(YQFZQX法)联合化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Embase、Pubmed、The Cochrane Library、Web of science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)8个数据库,检索时限为建库至2021年8月,收集YQFZQX法治疗老年晚期(NSCLC)临床随机对照试验文献,使用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14项研究,共877例患者。Meta分析结果显示,YQFZQX法联合化疗治疗老年晚期NSCLC在实体瘤疗效[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.06,1.64)]、中医证候疗效[RR=1.62,95%CI(1.25,2.09)]方面有效率均优于常规化疗治疗;在提高患者生活质量[MD=9.57,95%CI(4.83,14.30)]、减少骨髓抑制、减小肝功能损伤及胃肠道反应[RR=0.54,95%CI(0.43,0.68)]等方面,YQFZQX法联合化疗也优于常规化疗。结论现有相关数据分析表明,YQFZQX法联合化疗治疗老年晚期NSCLC在临床疗效及安全性等方面优于常规西药化疗治疗。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of TCM method(YQFZQX method)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC).Methods Computer search of 8 embase,Pubmed,The Cochrane Library,Web of science,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)The database,the search time limit is from the establishment of the database to August 2021,the YQFZQX method for the treatment of advanced elderly(NSCLC)clinical randomized controlled trials literatures were collected,and the RevMan5.4 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 14 studies were included,with a total of 877 patients.Meta-analysis results show that the YQFZQX method combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly advanced NSCLC has the efficacy of solid tumors[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.06,1.64)],and the efficacy of TCM syndromes[RR=1.62,95%CI(1.25,2.09)]The effective rate is better than conventional chemotherapy;it improves the quality of life of patients[MD=9.57,95%CI(4.83,14.30)],reduces bone marrow suppression,reduces liver damage and gastrointestinal reactions[RR=0.54,95%CI(0.43,0.68)]and other aspects,YQFZQX combined with chemotherapy is also better than conventional chemotherapy.Conclusion The existing relevant data analysis shows that the YQFZQX method combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly advanced NSCLC is better than conventional western chemotherapy in terms of clinical efficacy and safety.
